Really appreciate all of the beautiful decorations they put into replicating Vietnam's treasures. The dark red wood walls, display of claypots, plants and even the seats! Beautifully done. The spring rolls were rolled professionally! Beautifully rolled and the steamed pork with shrimp ratio was great. Peanut sauce is thick with emphasis on the hoisin sauce. Pho rare steak and brisket - wowie! The broth is incredibly clean and rich. This is the first restaurant in the area that we have gone to that does not sweeten their broth. I was absolutely thrilled. It's REALLY busy here for dine in! Worth the wait.

Their vegetarian phở is a pleasant surprise. The broth is just as rich and flavorful as the meat-based versions, and the tofu and veggies are fresh and delicious.

This place serves solid pho with fresh ingredients. The broth is aromatic, and the beef brisket was cooked to perfection. I wish the soup had a bit more depth in flavor, but it's still very satisfying.

Solid pho with a well-balanced broth and fresh toppings. The beef was tasty, but the noodles were slightly overcooked. Despite that, I'll definitely return for another bowl.

We had the Grilled Shrimp Pho and Pork Lo Mein with an order of pork egg rolls. It was all very good. The pho broth was not as salty as most and the grilled shrimp was a nice option versus what are traditionally offered. The lo mein noodles were very good and the pork nice and tender, plus of good size. Likewise the egg rolls were very tasty. Service was pretty good and the servers each covered for each other in bringing out the food, checking in with us, etc. Prices are reasonable, maybe slightly higher than what you'd expect when a restaurant claims to be fast casual. Also, if you have cash to tip, bring it as the ownership must be such they ding their employees if you add the tip to your credit card payment (front line employees actually ask that you tip them in cash).

My metric for good Pho are the fresh ingredients Basil and bean sprouts and these were very fresh. I had the brisket and steak and my husband had grilled chicken pho. Large bowls full of delicious broth and noodles. Decor was fun. Service was quick.

First time at Hello Vietnam. Very clean and interesting Ambiance. We ordered steamed shrimp and pork rolls, combo fried rice and calamari. It was a tough choice because the menu was large and diverse. Steamed rolls were good and fresh. Fried calamari was very good. Fried rice was loaded and a very large portion. Food was out quick and they quickly replaced the peach tea my wife didn't like with fresh lemonade with no questions asked. Overall I would recommend you give them a try! "FIMP" Food is my Passion

Sampled decent amount. Pho Spicy special was fantastic but not spicy. They have homemade chili sauce that helped it was great. The chicken wings were different and turned to be quite tasty. The staff were great and the place was in great clean order. I will return. There was room for groups if needed and no wait. Really enjoyed the experience.
